  1. Thomas Coopers Brewmaster Selection WHEAT BEER
  2. Thomas Coopers Wheat Extract 1.5kg
  3. 15g Bitter Orange peel
  4. 15gms (one pack) Coriander Seeds

boiled extract in 4L water, added coriander and orange peel, boiled for 20 minutes, added to fermenter, added tin and stirred, topped to 23L, added yeast.
