1 can yorkshire bitter
1 kg light dry malt extract
100g light crystal malt
150g crystal malt
10g Styrian goldings @ 15 minutes
10g East Kent goldings @ 5 minutes
Kit yeast

    Yeah, and I just had another due to not having a manifold for AG, but that’s now fixed! Everyone at work has been nagging me to brew some beer, so it’s time for some brews. I also still have some elderflower in the freezer from last spring, so might have to have a go at an elderflower wine. 🙂
