15 g Summer hop cones, 6.8%AA @ 10 minutes
4 L boil with 300 g LDME. Added 1 L cold water to the fermenter, then remaining LDME. Added boil liquor, straining out the hops. Added kit can, stirred. Topped up to 23 L, pitched yeast.
2017-03-05: Kegged. Slight acetobacter skin present.
