Brewd on 25/4/07 See recipe. Rehydrated Saflager W34/70, pitched @ 22 degrees, then into the brew fridge, set to 12 degrees with the probe bluetaced to the outside of the fermenter.
Same as usual, but with: 250g white clover honey instead of yellow box 10g cascade @10 mins 2g northern brewer @10 mins 5g perle at 5 mins
